CLASSES

Basic Materials:

 

 

 

 

One 1" flat watercolor brush (larger if you have them)
One # 10 round watercolor brush
Rigger / Script Brush
Masking Medium
Watercolor palette, large enough to mix puddles of paint
2 Large butter tub size containers for water
Spritz bottle
Paper towers, old tooth brush, pencil, ruler, and eraser

 



Paint:

 

 

 

Holbein, Van Gogh, or Rembrandt paints are recommended, however, you may bring the brand you have already purchased.

Alizarin Crimson
Ultramarine Blue Deep
Cadmium Yellow or Azo Yellow
Burnt Sienna
Transparent Oxide Red
Cerulean Blue

(others if you have them)
 


Paper:

 

 

 


 

 

Preferably 300 lb. cold press (I will have this available at $6.00 per 1/2 sheet)
I also like to work on a "gator" or heavy foam core board, this is optional.
A $2.00 class fee will be added if you prefer to use instructor's materials.

The class is designed for you to learn techniques and the process of watercolor.
My goal for you is that at the end of the day you fell you have grown as an artist.

OSCEOLA CENTER FOR THE ARTS

 

 Driving from Orlando, South on I-4, take the Florida Turnpike South, getting off at the Kissimmee Exit. Turn left on Rt 192. The Osceola Center is on the left. It is set back from the road so you may miss the turn. Go to the next light and turn back.

In the Kissimmee/St. Cloud area; The Osceola Center for the Arts is located between Kissimmee and St. Cloud. Past the Siler Spurs Arena on your left as you are heading East. Heading West, it is past Osceola Sheriff's Administration Building on your right.
